County and City Audits. i. The receipt by the County or the City of any statement pursuant to subsection (a) above or any payment by Borrower or acceptance by the County or the City of any loan repayment for any period does not bind the County or the City as to the correctness of such statement or such payment. The County or the City or any designated agent or employee of the County or the City is entitled at any time to audit the Residual Receipts and all books, records, and accounts pertaining thereto. The County and/or the City may conduct such audit during normal business hours at the principal place of business of Borrower and other places where records are kept. Immediately after the completion of an audit, the County or the City, as the case may be, shall deliver a copy of the results of the audit to Borrower.
