Common use of County Administration Clause in Contracts

County Administration. The Director shall have the authority to administer this Agreement on behalf of the County. Director retains professional and administrative responsibility for the services rendered under this Agreement. A listing of all County Administration referenced in the following sub-paragraphs are designated in Exhibit E - County's Administration. The County shall notify Hospital in writing of any change in the names or addresses shown.
