County Administration. 6.1.1 A listing of all County Administration referenced in the following subparagraphs are designated in Exhibit E - County’s Administration. The County will notify the Contractor in writing of any change in the names or addresses shown.

County Administration a) The CSC Executive Officer shall be responsible for overseeing the administration of this Agreement with regard to services performed on behalf of CSC. The CSC Executive Officer is not authorized to make changes in any of the provisions, terms and conditions of this Agreement and is not authorized to further obligate the County in any respect whatsoever.

The administration of this Contract for Chatham County, Georgia, shall be the responsibility of the County administrative staff, hereinafter called the "COUNTY." shall serve as the Project Manager for this contract and shall be responsible to the County Manager who is responsible to the BOARD for the proper effectuation of Chatham County, Georgia's obligations under the terms of this Contract.

The County will notify the Contractor in writing of any change in the names or addresses shown. The County’s Project Lead is responsible for administering the contract, including, but not limited to, coordinating with Contractor, ensuring Contractor’s performance of the Contract, including any tasks, deliverables, goods, services, or other work provided by or on behalf of the Contractor. The County’s Project Lead is not authorized to further obligate County in any respect whatsoever.
