Common use of County Administration Clause in Contracts

County Administration. ‌ All persons administering this Contract on behalf of the County and described in this Paragraph 6.0 (Administration of Contract – County), are identified in Exhibit D (County’s Administration) to this Contract. Unless otherwise specified, reference to each of the persons listed in such Exhibit D (County’s Administration) will also include any authorized designee. The County will notify Contractor in writing of any change in the names and/or addresses of the persons listed in Exhibit D (County’s Administration) to this Contract. No member of the County is authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract other than those specifically authorized under Paragraph 8.1 (Amendments and Changes Notices) below.
