County Administration. The Director shall have the authority to administer this Agreement on behalf of the County. Director retains professional and administrative responsibility for the services rendered under this Agreement. A listing of County’s Project Director and County’s Program Manager is designated in Exhibit D- County’s Administration. The County shall notify the Contractor in writing of any change in the name or addresses shown.
