Counterparts; Faxed Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in duplicate counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and both of which together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. Counterparts may be executed in either original or faxed form, and the Parties hereby adopt as original any signatures received via facsimile.
