Counterparts; Delivery by Email or Facsimile. (1) This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement, and shall become effective when one or more counterparts have been signed by RCAR and the Consultant and delivered to the other, it being understood that RCAR and the Consultant need not sign the same counterpart. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or email signature and a facsimile or email signature shall constitute an original for all purposes.
