Common use of Council Tax Clause in Contracts

Council Tax. 9.6.1 The Tenant shall pay the Council Tax in respect of the Premises provided always that in the event of the Landlord paying such tax, whether under a legal obligation or otherwise, the Tenant shall repay the same to the Landlord upon demand or a fair and reasonable proportion of it.
