Council Determinations. The Council has final authority in monitoring, reporting and payment disputes.
Council Determinations. The Council reserves the exclusive right to make certain determinations in the tasks performed by the Contractor and the approaches used by the Contractor to perform those tasks. The absence of the Council setting forth a specific reservation of rights does not mean that all other areas of the Contract are subject to mutual agreement.
