Cost Accounting Requirements. The Company shall use reasonable best efforts to cooperate with the Defense Contract Audit Agency and any other Governmental Authority with respect to correcting (a) any identified deficiencies in the Company’s estimating, accumulating, recording, segregating, reporting and invoicing of costs under any Government Contract or Government Assistance Agreement, or (b) any deficiencies in the Company’s internal control systems related thereto.

Cost Accounting Requirements. The CONTRACTOR agrees to maintain a financial and cost accounting system in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. At a minimum, CONTRACTOR’S accounting system shall provide for a General Journal, Cash Receipts Journal, Cash Disbursement Journal, Check Register, General Xxxxxx, and cost accounting records adequate to assure that costs incurred under this contract are allowable, reasonable, allocable to contract objectives, and separate from costs associated with other business activities of the CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR further agrees that all program expenditures and revenues shall be supported by reasonable documentation (vouchers, invoices, receipts, etc.) which shall be stored and filed in a systematic and consistent manner. XXXXXXXXXX further agrees to retain and make available for inspection all accounting records and supporting documentation for a minimum of five years after the expiration of this contract. XXXXXXXXXX further agrees that, to the extent it is unable to reasonably document the disposition of monies paid under this contract, it is subject to an assessment for over payment.   • Accounting Requirements CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable COUNTY, State, and Federal accounting laws, rules and regulations. CONTRACTOR shall establish and maintain accounting systems and financial records that accurately account for and reflect all Federal funds received, including all matching funds from the State, COUNTY and any other local or private organizations. CONTRACTOR’s records shall reflect the expenditure and accounting of said funds in accordance with all applicable State laws and procedures for expending and accounting for all funds and receivables, as well as meet the financial management standards in 45 CFR Part 92 and in the Office of Management and Budget 2 CFR Part 200 “Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.”

  • Operating Requirements Any operating and technical requirements that may be applicable due to Regional Transmission Organization, Independent System Operator, control area, or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s requirements, including those set forth in the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement. Operating Requirements shall include Applicable Reliability Standards.

  • Forecasting Requirements 19.5.1 The Parties shall exchange technical descriptions and forecasts of their Interconnection and traffic requirements in sufficient detail necessary to establish the Interconnections necessary for traffic completion to and from all Customers in their respective designated service areas.
