Common use of COSHH Register Clause in Contracts

COSHH Register. The Contractor shall maintain a COSHH Register in relation to each Project Facility and shall ensure that a copy of each register is held at the relevant Project Facility and at the Contractor’s registered office and that a copy thereof is given to the Authority, including copies of any changes when made. The Authority shall promptly notify the Contractor of any items in use or being stored at the relevant New Project Facility (other than items used or intended for use by the Contractor in provision of the Services) which require to be included in a COSHH register.
