COSHH Register. The Contractor shall maintain a COSHH Register in relation to each New Project Facility and shall ensure that a copy of each register is held at the relevant New Project Facility, and at the Contractor’s registered office and that a copy thereof is given to the Authority, including copies of any changes when made.
