Corporate Authority; Partnership Authority. If LANDLORD or TENANT is a corporation, each person signing this LEASE on behalf of such party represents and warrants that he has full authority to do so and that this LEASE binds the corporation. If LANDLORD or TENANT is a partnership, each person or entity signing this LEASE for such party represents and warrants that he or it is a general partner of the partnership, that he or it has full authority to sign for the partnership and that this LEASE binds the partnership and all general partners of the partnership.
