Commercial accounts have access to domestic Wire Transfer Services, using the Services. You are responsible for all wire transfer requests (“Requests) to the fullest extent provided by law and as set forth in this Agreement. The Funds Transfer Service may not be used to facilitate foreign transfers. We may choose the funds transfer mechanism (for example, FedWire, correspondent bank transfer, internal transfer) to be used when acting on upon your Request.
