  • Outputs 11. The objectives and outcomes of this Agreement will be achieved by:

  • Inputs 921 The following resources constitute a suitable, but neither exhaustive nor normative suite of the process inputs:

  • Digital Outputs 24.1.1. For avoidance of doubt, HD content may only be output in accordance with section “Digital Outputs” above unless stated explicitly otherwise below.

  • Probes Network hosts used to perform (DNS, EPP, etc.) tests (see below) that are located at various global locations.

  • Software Components At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.

  • Product Warnings As of the Effective Date, all Products CORE sells and/or distributes for sale in California which do not qualify as Reformulated Products, will bear a clear and reasonable warning pursuant to this Section. CORE further agrees that the warning will be prominently placed with such conspicuousness when compared with other words, statements, designs or devices as to render it likely to be read and understood by an ordinary individual under customary conditions of use. For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, a clear and reasonable warning for the Products shall consist of a warning affixed directly to the product or product packaging, label, or tag, for Products sold in California and containing one of the following statements: WARNING: Reproductive Harm- xxx.X00Xxxxxxxx.xx.xxx OR WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals, including DEHP, which are known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.   • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.

  • Net Metering If you generate electricity from a renewable generating facility to offset your electricity consumption and/or use net metering at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must notify Starion.
