If the sale of this asset occurs, the Debtor Company must allocate its proceeds to the prepayment or payment on account of the debt, prepaying the International Bondholders the dollar equivalent, according to the Observed Dollar Exchange Rate published by the Central Bank of Chile for the day prior to the payment date, of the greater of the following amounts: (a) UF 1,150,000.- (one million, one hundred fifty thousand Chilean Incentive Units (Unidades de Fomento)), payable in any event, regardless of the price obtained in the sale; or (b) 80% of the proceeds from said sale, net of commissions and taxes, in the event it exceeds UF 1,150,000.- (one million, one hundred fifty thousand Unidades de Fomento).
