Common use of Copying/Printing Equipment Clause in Contracts

Copying/Printing Equipment. The Board agrees to make available and accessible in each school fully functioning printing equipment and fully functioning copying facilities. As well as, computer equipment with Internet access to aid Teachers in the preparation of instructional materials. Reasonable restrictions shall not be placed on a Teacher’s use of the equipment for teaching purposes. In addition, the Board shall make available the capability to print in individual classrooms or team or common planning areas. The Board shall furnish without cost to employees ink, paper, and other supplies necessary for use of such printers up to a set amount for each school year which will be determined by the school principal.
