Coordinator’s Allowance. a. The annual allowance has been increased by the same percentage as the percentage increase applied to the salary grid and shall be: Effective July 1, 2013 $ 4,927.26 Effective September 1, 2014 $ 5,025.81 Effective January 1, 2015 $ 5,088.63 Effective May 1, 2016 $ 5,111.53 Effective July 1, 2016 $ 5,162.64 Effective May 1, 2017 $ 5,162.64 Effective July 1, 2017 $ 5,188.46 Effective May 1, 2018 $ 5,240.34 Effective July 1, 2018 $ 5,266.54 Effective May 1, 2019 $ 5,319.21 *any calculation made in accordance with provincial Letter of Understanding No. 14 Re: Economic Stability Dividend will be applied as a percentage increase on the current collective agreement salary rates and applicable allowance rates. All future increases will be based on the newly revised rate with ESD. b. Part-time coordinators shall be paid proportionately.
