COOPERATIVE ADVERTISING CREDITS. (a) BLP will provide [****] per month in Bloomberg Magazine promoting the "Bloomberg-Multex Research Service" at no cost to Multex. (b) Multex shall have the option of applying up to [****] of the Distribution Fee towards the purchase of advertising in any Bloomberg media, including Bloomberg Magazine in accordance with BLP's published rates. (c) Multex shall have the option of applying the first [****] of the per annum BLP Distribution Fee towards mutually agreed joint marketing activities. Any unused portion of the aforesaid funds shall be carried over to a subsequent year, provided however, if the unused amount exceeds [****], the excess over [****] or any amount not spent shall be remitted to BLP. 5.
