Convention. Except as otherwise provided in this Development Agreement, each calendar day, month, quarter, and year shall be deemed to begin at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the stated day or on the first day of the stated month, quarter, or year, and to end at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the next day or on first day of the next month, quarter, or year, respectively.
