Contractor shall be responsible for damage to TFC’s equipment, and/or the workplace and its contents, by its works, its negligence in work, its personnel, or its equipment by Contractor’s staff or subcontractors. Contractor shall be responsible and liable for the safety, injury, and health of its working personnel while its employees are performing work for TFC.
