Contractor’s Equipment Claims. Even though no coverage is provided under the OCIP for loss of or damage to Contractor’s or Subcontractor’s owned equipment the Contractor/Subcontractors must notify Xxx Xxxxxx, OCIP Safety Coordinator, in writing, of any loss or damage to their equipment at the project. This should be done as soon as possible, following first knowledge of loss or damage.
