CONTRACTOR DISCHARGE OF LIABILITIES. 5.9.1 In addition to the obligations assumed by the Contractor pursuant to 3.8 – SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS, the Contractor agrees to discharge all liabilities and obligations for the Work including in respect of labour, services, Contractor Parties, Construction Equipment and Products, except for amounts withheld by reason of legitimate dispute and which have been identified to the party or parties, from whom payment has been withheld.
