Contractor Attestation. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Designee must attest to the best of their knowledge to the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of all data submitted to the Department at the time of submission. This includes encounter data or any other data in which the contractor paid Claims.
