State Innovation Models or Other Federal Initiatives. The Contractor shall participate, upon the Department’s request, in any federal grant initiatives or awards that develop, plan, create or implement any model that includes but is not limited to integration of behavioral health and physical health, improve health care delivery, reform payment or improve population health outcomes.
