Contracting of Continuing Education Instruction. The College may contract with partnerships, LLCs or other corporate entities to provide instruction for non-credit Continuing Education courses. Except as provided below, the terms of this Agreement will not apply to any such contractor or to its partners, members, officers or employees. Any such contracts will be subject to the following:
