CONTRACT SPECIFIC PRICING SCHEDULE. The Initial contract budget for the creative brief is this will include the development of the two creative routes, stimulus for customer testing, a minimum of three sets of significant amends and development of channel specific creative. The initial contract budget may be extended up to for the 12 month contract period, this is not confirmed and will dependent on the success of the pilot campaign and other factors. We may choose to extend the contract period for a further one year + 6 months and this must not be extended beyond 30th September 2016. This will be an optional extension in the contract with the successful agency, The maximum spend across each optional year of the contract should we chose to extend is not expected to exceed per year, and is likely to be significantly less. DWP shall have the right to terminate the Contract at any time by giving 3 Months’ written notice to the Contractor. The Authority may extend the period of notice at any time before it expires, subject to agreement on the level of Services to be provided by the Contractor during the period of extension.

  • Product Specific Terms these terms apply to specific Products referenced in this section.

  • Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones: 6.1 Substantial Site work completed. On or before July 1, 2021, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate completion of at least 20% of project site construction. At this time, Interconnection Customer must submit to Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider initial drawings, certified by a professional engineer, of the Customer Interconnection Facilities. 6.2 Delivery of major electrical equipment. On or before July 15, 2021, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate that all generating units have been delivered to Interconnection Customer’s project site.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date.
