Contract Period & Invoicing. The Contract comes into effect on the date of signature of this Service Agreement or the date of signature of a Telenet Shared Hosting Order Form and remains in effect for so long a Shared Hosting Service is supplied to the Customer. Shared Hosting Services have a fixed minimum contract period, as laid down in the Order Form. The Party wishing to terminate a Shared Hosting Service must serve notice of that wish on the other Party by registered letter at least 1 (one) month before the laps of the then current period. Failing such notice, the Shared Hosting Service is tacitly extended for successive periods of the same duration as the initial one laid down in the Order Form. The invoices are sent at the beginning of each contract period. Upon contract termination Telenet will inform the Customer by automated e-mail when the Services become unavailable. This message will be sent to the invoice contact.

Contract Period & Invoicing. 2.15.9 Dedicated servers and colocated servers The Contract comes into effect on the date of signature of this Service Agreement or the date of signature of a Telenet Dedicated Hosting Order Form and remains in effect for so long a Dedicated Hosting Service is supplied to the Customer. Dedicated servers and colocated servers Services have a fixed minimum contract period of 3 (three), or 12 (twelve), or 24 (twenty-four), or 36 (thirty-six) or 48 (forty-eight) months, as laid down in the Order Form. The Party wishing to terminate a Dedicated Hosting Service must serve notice of that wish on the other Party by registered letter at least 1 (one) month before the laps of the then current period. Failing such notice, the Dedicated Hosting Service is tacitly extended for successive periods of the same duration as the initial one laid down in the Order Form. The invoices are sent quarterly, at the beginning of each quarter.

  • CONTRACT PERIOD “Contract Period” shall mean the period commencing the day immediately preceding a Change in Control and ending on the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the Change in Control or (ii) the death of the Executive.   • Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.
