Common use of Contract Documents Defined Clause in Contracts

Contract Documents Defined. The contract between the parties shall consist of the “Contract Documents.” The Contract Documents shall include this Agreement, the Design for Construction, the documents listed in the Design Document List, any supplemental conditions, any special conditions, and all documents expressly annexed hereto as part of this Agreement. Change Orders issued hereafter, and any written amendments to this Agreement executed by Owner and Contractor, shall become and be a part of the Contract Documents. Documents not expressly listed above are not Contract Documents and do not constitute part of the contract between the parties.
