CONTRACT CONFLICT WITH LAW. Consistent with Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code, this Agreement governs the wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment of teachers and the terms of this Agreement prevail over any state statute to the contrary. If any specific provision of this Agreement is invalidated by court ruling or subsequent change in the law, the parties shall, upon written request of the other, negotiate in good faith regarding any necessary change in this Agreement within thirty (30) days of the written request.
