Common use of Contract Amendment Clause in Contracts

Contract Amendment. Section 29, Scrutinized Companies List, of Exhibit A: Special Contract Conditions, is hereby amended to add the following sentences: The Contractor certifies that it is not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or engaged in a boycott of Israel. The Department may, at its option, terminate the Contract if the vendor is placed on such list or engaged in such boycott.

The Department may, at its option, terminate the Contract if the vendor is placed on such list or engaged in such boycott.
