Continuous Improvement Plan. The Association shall have a minimum of two (2) representatives on any committee working on a building or district-wide continuous improvement plan.
Continuous Improvement Plan. All issues pertaining to Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) shall be in accordance with this contract. All matters pertaining to wages, hours, or terms and other conditions of employment are subject to collective bargaining as stated in ORC 4117.08.
