Common use of Continuation of Plan Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Plan. 4 Subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue and of 5 other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly hereinafter 6 specified, a Voluntary Investment Plan (hereinafter called the Plan) in the 7 form now in effect as to the employees within the units to which this 8 Agreement relates shall continue to be effective while this Agreement is in 9 effect as to such employees in accordance with and subject to the terms, 10 conditions, and limitations of the Plan.

Continuation of Plan. 4 Subject to the continuing approval of the Commissioner of Internal 51 Revenue and of 5 other cognizant governmental authorities, as more particularly hereinafter 6 specified, and 52 to the provisions of 15.5, a Voluntary Investment Plan (hereinafter called call the Plan) in the 7 form as now in 53 effect as to the employees within the units to which this 8 Agreement relates shall continue to be effective 54 while this Agreement is in 9 effect as to such employees in accordance with and subject to the terms, 10 conditions, 55 conditions and limitations of the Plan.. 56
