Common use of Continuation of Lease Period Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Lease Period. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease where the Lease Period expires by effluxion of time or if the Lessee gives notice to terminate the Lease Period pursuant to this clause 3.3, the Lease Period shall continue on the terms set out in clause 18.3 until and end on the date on which the Ship shall be delivered to a purchaser thereof pursuant to a sale of the Ship as contemplated by clause 3.4, whenever such delivery shall take place.
