Common use of Continuation of Employment Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Employment. This Agreement shall not confer upon the Participant any right to continue employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries, nor shall this Agreement interfere in any way with the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ right to terminate the Participant’s employment at any time. The Participant’s employment shall continue to be on an “at-will” basis.

Continuation of Employment. This Agreement shall does not confer upon the Participant any right to continue continuation of employment with by the Company or Company, its Affiliates, and/or its Subsidiaries, nor shall will this Agreement interfere in any way with the Company’s or ’s, its Affiliates’, and/or its Subsidiaries’ right to terminate the Participant’s employment at any time. The Participant’s employment shall continue to be on an “at-will” basis.

Continuation of Employment. The Participant’s employment shall continue to be on an “at-will” basis.

Continuation of Employment. This The Agreement shall not confer upon the Participant you any right to continue continuation of employment with by the Company or Company, its affiliates, and/or its Subsidiaries, nor shall this the Agreement interfere in any way with the CompanyCompany Group’s or its Subsidiaries’ right to terminate the Participant’s your employment at any time, except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in a written agreement between you and the Company Group or prohibited by law. The Participant’s employment shall continue to be on an “at-will” basis8.
