Common use of Continuation of Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Benefit Plans. Upon any termination of the Executive's employment, other than pursuant to Section 6(a) hereof or by the Executive without Good Reason, the Company shall maintain in full force and effect for the continued benefit of the Executive for twelve (12) months, or eighteen (18) months if there has previously occurred a Change in Control of the Company, all employee benefit plans and programs in which the Executive was entitled to participate.

Continuation of Benefit Plans. Upon any termination of the Executive's employment, employment other than pursuant to Section 6(ass.6(a) hereof or by the Executive without Good Reasonhereof, the Company shall maintain in full force and effect (at the Company's own cost and expense) for the continued benefit of the Executive for a period of twelve (12) months, or eighteen (18) months if there has previously occurred a Change in Control following the Executive's date of the Companytermination, all employee benefit plans and programs in which the Executive was entitled to participate.

Upon any termination of the Executive's employment, other than ’s employment pursuant to Section 6(a) hereof or by the Executive without Good Reason7 hereof, the Company shall maintain in full force and effect for the continued benefit of the Executive for twelve nine (129) months, or eighteen (18) months if there has previously occurred a Change in Control of the Company, all employee benefit plans and programs in which the Executive was entitled to participate.
