Continual Professional Development. The continual professional development of each Employee is fundamental to the ongoing effectiveness of both the Employee and the College. The College, the Union and Employees are committed to facilitating such development while minimizing disruptions to the professional support services to the College. Where possible, professional development activities shall be scheduled to minimize such disruptions.
