Common use of Contingency Provision Clause in Contracts

Contingency Provision. In the event this Grant is terminated for whatever reason, the ARB Executive Officer or designee reserves the right in his or her sole discretion to award a grant to the next highest scored applicant and if an agreement cannot be reached, to the next applicant(s) until an agreement is reached. If ARB is unable to award a grant under these circumstances, ARB may award a grant to other AQIP projects.
