Common use of Contingency Provision Clause in Contracts

Contingency Provision. In the event this Grant Agreement is terminated for whatever reason, the NASRC Executive Officer or designee reserves the right in his or her sole discretion to use or make the Grant Funds available in a manner consistent with applicable laws, policies and the applicable FRIP Program Guidelines requirements, which may include but is not limited to allocating the Grant Funds to other projects or awarding the Grant to the next highest scored applicant and if an agreement cannot be reached, to the next applicant(s) until an agreement is reached.
