Contingency Plans. Supplier must establish and provide an executable contingency plan to ensure supply of product to Benteler. This plan should generally address natural disasters, power outages, labor work stoppages, etc. The plan should also specifically address the facility and equipment used to produce the Benteler products and details regarding alternative means to continue the supply of product to Benteler.
