Contacting You In order to service your Account or collect any amounts you may owe, you agree that we may contact you using any contact information related to your Account, including contact information: (i) you have provided to us, (ii) from which you contact us or (iii) at which we believe we can reach you. We may use any means to contact you, which may include automated dialing services, prerecorded voice messages, mail, e-mail and text messages and calls to your cell phone. You are responsible for any amount charged by any service provider as a result of us contacting you. You agree to promptly notify us if you change any contact information you provide to us.

Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
Contact Hours The contact hour load for an eLearning course or section shall be equivalent to that for a face-to-face course.
Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.
