Common use of Contact Time Clause in Contracts

Contact Time. a) The student contact time assigned in any school year to any member, whether such time is in a teaching, consultative, or supervisory role, shall not, without the consent of the Association, be greater than 5% above the average student contact time assigned to members in each of Elementary, Junior High and Senior High, by the Division (former Fort ▇▇▇▇▇) during the school year of September 1999 to June 2000. b) Part-time teachers shall be provided preparation time pro-rata based on their percentage of contract.

Contact Time. a) The Beginning on September 1, 2005, the student contact time assigned in any school year to any memberfull-time teacher, whether such time is in a teaching, consultative, consultative or supervisory role, shall not, without the consent of the Association, be greater than 5% above the average student contact time assigned to members in each of Elementary, Junior High and Senior High, a full-time teacher by the Division (former Fort ▇▇▇▇▇) during the school year of September 1999 2004 to June 20002005. b) Part-time teachers shall be provided preparation time pro-rata based on their percentage of contract.
