Consultant Availability and Timeliness. Contractor agrees that its Candidates must be available to and actually report to an Engagement in no more than 10 Business Days from notification of placement. Contractor agrees it will be evaluated on the time and attendance of Candidate placements as reported by the Authorized Users. Lateness is defined as late arrival to the agreed upon working hours with the Authorized User. Repeated lateness by a single employee is grounds for termination of a placement based on the discretion of the Authorized User. In addition, repeated lateness by multiple placements from a single Contractor will be considered by the MSP as part of the Contractor’s performance criteria.
