Construction Supervisor. 21.2.1 ULB and the Concessionaire hereby agree that C&DS, UPJN, shall be appointed as the Construction Supervisor for the Project. 21.2.2 The role and scope of work of C&DS, UPJN and its rights and obligations under this Agreement shall be limited to the role of Construction Supervisor for the Project.
