Common use of Construction of Public Improvements Clause in Contracts

Construction of Public Improvements. The Developer is to construct and install, according to plans and specifications submitted to Planning Commission, all Public Improvements shown and set forth in the Final Development Plan as approved by Planning Commission on October 19, 2016, with the final approval by the City Engineer dated April 11, 2017. Upon completion, the City agrees to accept said improvements subject to the terms of this agreement.

Construction of Public Improvements. The Developer is to construct and install, according to plans and specifications submitted to Planning Commission, all Public Improvements shown and set forth in the Final Development Plan as approved by Planning Commission on October 19July 15, 2016, with the final approval 2015 and any subsequent version of those plans approved by the City Engineer dated April 11, 2017. Upon completion, and on file with the City agrees to accept said improvements subject to the terms of this agreementCity.

Construction of Public Improvements. The Developer is to construct and install, according to plans and specifications submitted to Planning Commission, all Public Improvements shown and set forth in the Final Development Plan as approved by Planning Commission on October 19June 16, 2016, with the final approval by the City Engineer dated April 11, 2017. Upon completion, the City agrees to accept said improvements subject to the terms of this agreement2021.

The Developer is to construct and install, according to plans and specifications submitted to Planning Commission, all Public Improvements shown and set forth in the Final Development Plan as contingently approved by Planning Commission on October 19August 17, 20162022, with the final approval and finalized subsequently by the City Engineer dated April 11on September 12, 2017. Upon completion, the City agrees to accept said improvements subject to the terms of this agreement2022.
