CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S RESPONSIBILITIES. The Construction Manager’s Preconstruction Phase responsibilities are set forth in Sections 3.1 and 3.2, and in the applicable provisions of A201-2017 referenced in Section 2.3.1. The Construction Manager’s Construction Phase responsibilities are set forth in Section 3.3. The Owner and Construction Manager may agree, in consultation with the Architect, for the Construction Phase to commence prior to completion of the Preconstruction Phase, in which case, both phases will proceed concurrently. The Construction Manager shall identify a representative authorized to act on behalf of the Construction Manager with respect to the Project. Construction Manager shall execute its responsibilities by following and applying at all times the highest professional, industry, construction, and technical guidelines and standards. If Owner becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract, Owner may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and Construction Manager shall grant such request.
