Common use of Construction Management Fee Clause in Contracts

Construction Management Fee. Within 10 days following the date of invoice, Tenant shall, for supervision and administration of the construction and installation of the Landlord Work, pay Landlord a construction management fee equal to 3% of the aggregate contract price for the Landlord Work, which may be paid from the unused portion of the Construction Allowance (if any). Tenant’s failure to pay such construction management fee when due shall constitute an event of default under the Lease.
