Additional Parking. The Employer agrees to provide funding in the amount of $50,000.00 in state fiscal years 2018-2019 to fund additional parking for full-time and part-time employees who are assigned to the downtown Concord area and who are not provided with a state-provided parking space for their personal vehicle. This provision shall be administered in accordance with past practice.

Additional Parking. Landlord will provide reasonable visitor parking for Tenant’s customers, guests, invitees or licensees comparable to such parking provided in other office building complexes in the Xxxx Xxxxx Airport submarket. Tenant, at it’s cost, may validate such visitor parking by such method or methods, and at such hourly, daily or other rates, from time to time established or approved by Landlord, the owners or operators of the Parking Structure and the Surface Parking Lots, or the REA Managing Agent as the then current market rates for such visitor parking, in their reasonable discretion.
Additional Parking. CalEPA shall endeavor to secure allocated parking spaces for its employees in City Parking lot C.
Additional Parking. Landlord agrees to provide up to one hundred (100) additional surface, non-covered, non-reserved parking spaces for use by Tenant, located in the general vicinity of the Building in the area identified as the “future parking area” depicted on Appendix “A” attached hereto, provided that Tenant delivers to Landlord, not sooner than the last day of the eighteenth (18th) full calendar month of the Term and not later than the last day of the twenty-fourth (24th) full calendar month of the Term, written notice specifying the number of such additional spaces which Tenant desires to use, time being of the essence hereof. In such event, the parties shall enter into an amendment to this Lease granting Tenant the right to use such additional parking (designating the number and location thereof) and, in consideration thereof, increasing the annual Base Rent payable pursuant to this Lease for each and every year thereafter by $82,140.00 (based upon $2.00 per rentable square foot of the Premises), which shall be effective as of the date such additional parking is first made available for use by Tenant (the “Parking Amendment”), which date shall be no later than one hundred eighty (180) days after the execution and delivery of the Parking Amendment (as extended for any delays caused by Tenant, any undue governmental delays in obtaining required permits and/or any other inability to perform as described in Article 28). Landlord shall promptly prepare the Parking Amendment and submit the same to Tenant for execution. Tenant shall have twenty (20) days after receipt of the Parking Amendment from Landlord in which to execute and deliver the Parking Amendment to Landlord, and Landlord shall have twenty (20) days after receipt of the same from Tenant in which to execute the Parking Amendment and deliver one (1) fully executed copy to Tenant. If Tenant fails to execute and deliver the Parking Amendment to Landlord when and as required herein, Landlord (in its sole discretion) shall not be obligated to provide the additional parking spaces to Tenant and the provisions of this paragraph shall, at the option of Landlord, thereupon be null and void and of no further force or effect.
Additional Parking. Commencing on the Effective Date, in addition to the parking spaces to which Tenant is entitled under the Lease, Tenant shall have the following parking spaces and shall pay the amounts applicable thereto: (i) eight unassigned parking spaces in the garage, for which Tenant shall pay $30.00 per month through 1996 and which charge shall increase on the first day of 1997 and each Calendar Year thereafter by 5% of the charge for the preceding Calendar Year; and (ii) nine unassigned parking spaces in the surface lot at no charge. Except as set forth above, such additional parking spaces shall be given and taken on the terms of Exhibit E to the Lease.
Additional Parking. In the event that Lessee reasonably determines that additional parking needs to be constructed on the Property to accommodate the employee parking at the Property, then Lessee shall notify Lessor. Lessee and Lessor shall then negotiate in good faith for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days to resolve timing and costs for the construction of such additional parking, as required by Lessee. In the event that the parties are unable to resolve the timing and costs for construction of such additional parking, then Lessee shall be entitled to obtain all applicable permits for, and commence and complete construction of, such additional parking. In that event, the cost for such additional parking shall be at Lessee’s sole cost and expense.
Additional Parking. Lessee will have the option of leasing up to 150 additional stalls at a cost of $25 per stall per month in the Old Mill Corporate Center Parking Terrace after the completion of the ramp to the 4th level, which shall be completed no later than October 1, 2013. The addition of the 4th floor ramp is a material term of this lease.

Additional Parking. Landlord agrees to provide Tenant, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, parking for the Expansion Space, in a location shown on the parking map attached to this Fourth Amendment as Exhibit D.
