Construction Document Phase. a. Prepare complete final working drawings which clearly define all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, heating, equipment and site details, alternates and all other details necessary to complete the design and construction of the Project. The Consultant’s compensation, if any, for services in connection with alternates shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Section D (8) of Article III hereof.
