Project Architect’s Services and Responsibilities. The Project Architect shall provide the usual and customary Basic Services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project and each phase of the project described in Paragraphs 1.2 through 1.6, below, along with any Additional Services requested by the Owner.
